Evanescence's Song Haunted which version is what?

Evanescence has a song: Haunted.
It is on both the 'Fallen' and 'Anywhere But Home' albums
There is two versions to the song, one that people call the "real one"
and one that has beeps at the start of it.

Does one belong to one album and the other belong to the other? If so,
which one is which, if not, does anyone know where the beep one came
from?
